November Gratitude - Day 27

Day 27 - Wednesday


I am working on writing 3 things I am grateful for every day since November 1st. In the spirit of that, I want to sit back and reflect on all things I am thankful for today. The 3 things are:



1. Grateful For Attitude Of Gratitude


Today when I woke up, my initial thought was: maybe I should stay in bed and the day will disappear. I was not feeling very well either. Luckily, then I remember the gratitude challenge and I should be grateful first thing in the morning. I switched gears and I realized that I have so many things to be grateful for. Grateful for my house, family, health, friends, experience, and wonderful opportunities in life. And the list go on and on. To cultivate the attitude of gratitude is so healing and joyful.


2. Grateful For Yummy Food


As a kid we enjoy treats fully and we don't worry we eat too much or too little. While playing and enjoying the moment, we easily get rid of extra energy. As we grow older, we tend to make things more complicated, feeling guilty about food, unhealthy eating and unbalance thinking. I love eating noodles and I'm really grateful for all the yummy food today.



3. Grateful for Trust


I am grateful for trust. I learn to analyze intensely, to work hard, to criticize, to study seriously and to judge what is good and bad, to be perfect. Underestimated is the power and the importance of trust. Trust in the journey call life. Trust in something bigger and more powerful than my own self. Whatever name would you like to give it. And trust in others .
